We are a small team of highly trained, dedicated and compassionate women who have just ended our contracts as Planners with the NDIS.

We have worked on and approved many, many plans for both Children and Adults in Adelaide.

 
Meet with us before your NDIS Plan appointment

We will work with you BEFORE your Plan meeting!

We want to meet with you to help you prepare for your important NDIS plan appointment. We know what you need to know to get the right information to your NDIS planner, so we will work with you before you even get a Plan approved!

We will go above and beyond to help your family we know the NDIS inside out

Let us help you understand and navigate the challenges of being approved for a NDIS plan. Let us guide you through the Plan and then assist you as your Plan Support Connection or Support Co-ordinator. We will work tirelessly to ensure your loved family member gets the very best support opportunities available to them under the NDIS plan.

You can rely on us for the very best care possible. We will not charge your plan for phone calls, travel time to your appointments or other items we feel that are simply our own cost of doing business. Other Providers do, we WILL NOT!

Any costs will be billed directly to your NDIS Plan, with no out of pocket costs to the family. Did you know that Support Coordination or Support Connection (our services) are added to the Plan funding ABOVE the funding for Disability needs. So make sure you insist on these supports in your Plan. 

 
 
Did you Know!

- You can request for a Face to Face Plan meeting (instead of a phone appointment)  at an NDIS office nearest you.

- You can ask for either Support Connection or Support Coordination for your plan. LAC's do certain areas and less 

    complex plans only.

-  The Participant (especially if a child) is not required to be at the meeting, but a good Planner will always be pleased to

    meet them.

 -  You can and should offer all reports, assessments and quotes to the planner at the meeting, they have to take them.

- Any changes on a current Plan must have a review (except address or admin details).

- If you request Plan Management to be added to your Plan it allows your to choose any provider or supports of your  

   choice, without the worry of the financial billing details.

-  Your Core funding pays for help and supports , Your CB funding pays for Therapies and (financial) Plan Management,

    and your Capital is for Equipment and Modifications and Support Coordination.

- Your Core is broken into 3 main Categories, Consumables ( Continence etc.), Daily Living (help to manage your daily

    needs) and Social and Community (help to get you out and about during your daily needs). All 3 are flexible so if you

    need more money in one of them more than the other, money can be moved about to suit. 

-  You should not have your Support Coordinator employed or supplied by the same company that gives your Supports, OT's or Plan Management, this can lead to possible conflict of interest i.e. complete control of your entire funds by one Company

- You should not have your Plan Management Company be the same provider that gives you Supports or Support Coordination, this can lead to possible conflict of interest i.e. complete control of your entire funds by one Company.

-  You should not have your Supports, OT's or other therapies employed or supplied by the same company that provides you with Plan Management and Support Coordination, this can lead to possible conflict of interest i.e. complete control of your entire funds by one Company

 
We charge under the approved NDIS Price List and directly to your Plan only

We will bill your NDIS plan, fairly and honestly, no hidden charges

We will make sure that we only bill your plan for fair time, and we will also make sure any contracts you sign with other providers are reasonable, fair and do not contain any hidden costs or add-ons.This is why you need a Support Coordinator - to help you find the best Supports OT's Psychotherapists, Speech Pathologists etc available and to protect your plan from over charging, poor services and unfair contracts. Remember you are in charge now, it is YOUR CHOICE and YOUR CONTROL.
